These Terms & Conditions apply to all users, whether you are booking flights, hotels, or other travel services through GMAtrip.com.

1. Prices and Availability

All prices listed on GMAtrip.com are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. Prices are only guaranteed when paid in full. Please note that prices quoted are subject to changes due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Adverse currency fluctuations
  • Fuel surcharges
  • Tax increases
  • Airfare increases

Once a booking has been confirmed and paid in full, the price is locked in. Any changes to pricing that occur after full payment will not affect confirmed bookings.

2. Refunds and Cancellations

Bookings made through GMAtrip.com may either be refundable or non-refundable, depending on the terms and conditions of the third-party provider (e.g., airlines, hotels). The specific details regarding refunds, cancellation fees, or any deductions applicable will be disclosed to you during the booking process. You agree to review all booking conditions before completing your reservation.

  • In the case of a refundable booking, the exact refund amount will be calculated based on the provider’s policy.
  • For non-refundable bookings, no refund will be issued.

3. Booking Modifications

You may have the option to cancel or modify your booking depending on the terms of the third-party provider. Booking modifications (such as ticket changes or cancellations) can be made through our Help Center or directly with the third-party provider.

  • You may be required to pay any fare differences or applicable fees associated with the changes.
  • GMAtrip.com may charge a booking cancellation or amendment fee for changes made through our Customer Service team. This fee is in addition to any charges imposed by the third-party provider.
  • Cancellation or amendment fees charged by GMAtrip.com are non-refundable.

Please ensure that any requests for changes or cancellations are submitted at least 24 hours before the departure time for air tickets. However, this is subject to the terms of the third-party provider, which may have stricter requirements.

Note: Fraudulent tickets cannot be changed, canceled, replaced, or refunded.

4. Booking Confirmation and Payments

When you book through GMAtrip.com, you are making a binding offer to purchase the travel services. The booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from GMAtrip.com. This email serves as our acceptance of your offer and will include your travel documents and an invoice.

You are responsible for reviewing your travel documents immediately upon receipt. Any errors or discrepancies must be reported to GMAtrip.com immediately to allow us to make the necessary corrections. GMAtrip.com is not responsible for errors that are not reported in a timely manner.

All payments for bookings are processed through the payment methods listed on our website. In Nigeria, payments made in NGN are collected through our partner company in Nigeria. All other payments are collected directly by GMAtrip.com’s operator.

5. Third-Party Providers

GMAtrip.com acts as a commercial agent for third-party providers, such as airlines and hotels. We sell tickets and travel services on behalf of these providers. In most cases, the booking and payment process will be completed on GMAtrip.com without the need to be redirected to the third-party provider's website.

By completing a booking and clicking on the “Pay Now” button, you enter into a contract for the respective travel service with the third-party provider, which is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation from GMAtrip.com.

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the third-party provider’s terms and conditions. While we will inform you of the main conditions during the booking process, we recommend that you read the provider’s policies carefully before finalizing your booking.

6. B2B User Discounts

For our B2B users, we offer a discount ranging between 3% to 7% off the price available to B2C customers, depending on your agreement with GMAtrip.com. Please note that this discount may not apply during general discount sales or special promotions.

7. Service Fees

GMAtrip.com may charge a service fee for using our platform. These fees cover costs associated with:

  • Multi-language support
  • Multi-currency payment options
  • Customer support
  • Other services provided by the platform

Service fees are calculated per booking and vary depending on the individual booking. These fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, as they cover the intermediation services provided by GMAtrip.com.

8. Currency Fluctuations and Additional Fees

Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, the prices displayed on the website may vary. Any additional costs incurred by your payment provider, such as credit card fees or foreign exchange surcharges, are your responsibility.

You will be presented with a clear breakdown of the costs and fees associated with your booking, including any fees charged by the third-party provider. By completing the booking, you authorize payment for all fees and additional charges.

9. Cancellations and Amendments by GMAtrip.com

In exceptional cases, GMAtrip.com may need to cancel or amend a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and, where applicable, provide alternative options or offer a refund in accordance with our policies or those of the third-party provider.

10. Hosting and Payments

GMAtrip.com provides secure online payment options. For bookings made in NGN, payments are processed through our partner company in Nigeria. For all other transactions, payments are collected directly by GMAtrip.com’s operator.

11. AI Translation Disclaimer

GMAtrip.com provides AI-powered translations for the convenience of our global users. We do not guarantee the accuracy of translations in languages other than English. In the case of discrepancies, the English version will prevail.

12. Customer Support and Help Center

Our Help Center is available to assist with any booking changes, cancellations, or other inquiries. Please contact our customer service team if you have any questions or concerns.

13. Account Deactivation for Fraudulent or Unusual Activity

GMAtrip.com reserves the right to temporarily or permanently deactivate user accounts if unusual behavior or fraudulent activities are detected. This measure is in place to protect our platform and ensure a safe experience for all users. Users will be notified if such actions are taken and may be required to provide additional verification information if reactivation is requested.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of GMAtrip.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
